IKA Powder Incorporation Plants

The IKA MHD 2000 and CMS 2000 systems are designed for inline powder incorporation into liquids. Essential features include:

• Closed feeding of liquids and powders to avoid environmental pollution
• Production of large quantities with small machines and small need of space
• Different process steps, such as incorporation, wetting, pre-mixing and homogenising in one machine
• Saving of time, investments and staff

Main differences between MHD and CMS:

The MHD system is designed for a quantitative inline mixing of powders with liquids, with a minimum of air introduction. Due to this fact, a final product can be achieved.

The CMS unit is working in an enriching respectively circulating process, until all powder is fed into the liquid. The feeding of powders is based on a strong suction. No additional feeding systems are required.
