1st Stage: Advanced pumping rotor for creating:
- Turbulence in the vessel
- High circulation capacity for viscosities up to 100.000 cp
- High pressure for CIP cleaning
- Gentle circulation
2nd Stage: Rotor/stator dispersing with an optimum generator for:
- Finest droplet sizes for emulsions resulting in long-term stability
- Suction of powders or liquids directly into the dispersing zone without an additional vacuum pump
Efficient and constant mixing of the vessel contents is guaranteed by a spiral agitator resulting in:
- Optimum mixing in both vertical and horizontal directions
- Reversible direcdtion of rotation
- Flexible scrapers made of Teflon
- Can be circulated with hot or cooling fluids, resulting in reduced heating/cooling times
The Master Plant has built-in CIP and is self-discharging.
The process is controlled by means of a state-of-the-art electronic control with touch-screen monitor, which can be programmed for a wide variety of recipes.
